Aggression Management
It is not always possible to avoid aggression, moreover it can happen quite unexpectedly. It may scare you and make you feel powerless. Although you are still alert, you can at the same time be frightened.
Our starting point is that we do not accept aggression, it also means that we do not approve of aggressive and/or physical violent behaviour. Nor do we say that aggression is something that "simply is part of our work."
On the contrary. Through our training you get more grip on yourself and the client in threatening and violent situations. In addition, we enable you to look differently at violence by searching for the meaning of the behaviour.
